Risk of Manipulation

When you sign an exclusive agency agreement, you put all your hope on this person to sell your property.  You are convinced to totally depend on them to market it. 

The ‘top’ agents usually are also the busiest people who have a rigid time management.  You are obliged to fit into their ‘well organized’ schedule of marketing campaign.  They may not personally entertain individual appointments.  They would also prefer auction sales to tedious private negotiations.  In short, you would wonder if they are serving for your best interest or theirs.
