At the marketing phase:
During tenancy:
- Careful selection will be conducted to ensure good tenants are found for landlords.
- Regular communication with tenants will be kept up to date and relationship will be maintained.
- Regular reports will be sent to landlords regarding market updates and tenancy matters.
- All trust monies will be disbursed to landlords at the end of the month.
Tenancy termination:
- Immediate actions will be taken upon any rental delinquency so as to minimize any loss to landlords.
- All stipulated tenancy regulations will be strictly observed.
