If you prefer to launch an extensive marketing campaign through the Australia's number 1 property website - realestate.com.au, you have to sign an exclusive listing agreement with Pay Save Realty and deposit a refundable registration fee of $200 upon successful leasing with us.



A leasing fee of two weeks' rental will be charged if we successfully introduce the tenant to you.  Only one week's rental for leasing charge is required if Pay Save Realty is also your managing agent.
