Many agents insist on open house inspection.  Before the scheduled opening, you have to work hard to maintain the best appeal of your property.  During the open time, you are not allowed to remain there. 

You cannot control who comes into your home and what they do within your home.  Your insurance will not cover any damaged or lost content that occurred during open inspections.  You understand that apart from the genuine buyers, all kinds of people including your neighbours, your competitors, your adversaries, other real estate agents, and opportunity seekers, may ‘inspect’ your home.  Anybody who inspects can obtain your personal information from the displayed contract on site.  During the open inspection time, your worry will linger on your mind.
