I would like to highly recommend the service of Pay Save Realty to all who intend to sell their homes or investment properties due my pleasant experience with them. They have just helped to sell my home at 21A Cumberland Street, Epping at a satisfactory price on the first day I signed the agency agreement with them.

I put the property on the market through another agent in 2013 spring without success. I had a clear mind on how much my home was worth. My home was taken off the market before Christmas.

I knew Andy for some time since he sold a neighbouring property at 19 Cumberland Street, Epping in 2012. He is a very hard working, sincere, professional and experienced real estate agent. When he contacted me in late January and offered very competitive agency terms, I was delighted to sign the agency agreement with them. Within an hour, they could organize professional people to come to take photographs and draw up site and floor plans. On the same day, they could bring in a genuinely interested party. I was amazed they could convince the buyer to raise their budget by 10% to reach my bottom line on the same day of inspection.

From the sale of my home in Epping, I find that Andy and Janet of Pay Save Realty clearly demonstrated their sophisticated negotiation skills for both owners and buyers. As what they always claim to be their mission in business, they have brought to me (and the buyer) the best match of deal. They had found me the best suitable new owner who is willing to pay the best price for what they expect to get.

Final inspection was conducted yesterday while all of us, three parties, were there. I was glad to see that the new owners were very impressive with the immaculate conditions of the property I handed over to them. All of us, the new/old owners and the agents, agree this is an all win situation to everyone at stake.

(Translation: This is my first time renting out a shared property.  I am very satisfied with the tenants Janet found for me.  Since it is a shared property, there is more than one tenant.  Janet helps me locate tenants and collect rents.  She has been very thoughtful in the whole process, delivering to me instant information on the current rental market, through emails, phone calls and face-to-face conversations.

Because I had no experience renting out properties before, Janet has been attentively providing me with the details, assisting me with drafting the housekeeping rules, and advising me on how to best utilize property spaces.  As a result, all of whom living in the house are happy and comfortable.
