From the sale of my home in Epping, I find that Andy and Janet of Pay Save Realty clearly demonstrated their sophisticated negotiation skills for both owners and buyers.  As what they always claim to be their mission in business, they have brought to me (and the buyer) the best match of deal.  They had found me the best suitable new owner who is willing to pay the best price for what they expect to get.

Final inspection was conducted yesterday while all of us, three parties, were there.  I was glad to see that the new owners were very impressive with the immaculate conditions of the property I handed over to them.  All of us, the new/old owners and the agents, agree this is an all win situation to everyone at stake.
